I also think it's no coincidence I found this treasure today in my parents credenza...WOW....this was a good one and so true 😍

It's a weird feeling packing up your childhood home to get it ready for someone else's next chapter. It's the only place I really ever considered home. The emotions that go along with it are also some I have never experienced.😓

Today, I came across a special find. These scrap paper "architectural" drawings for my parents' dream home, circ 1970. On the back of old church bulletins, no less.😆 Designed and built by my dad's two hands.

I hope the next family that enters these walls has the same great memories I do.🥰 And these pages are definitely getting framed for the wall in my office🧡

Oh, so SEXY statement chairs! 🔥

What I have learned is that a statement chair is like magic. It uplifts its surroundings. When someone enters this living room, all eyes will be on this pair, and everyone will want to sit here. 🧡

We had a functional yet underwhelming built-in cabinet in the powder room of our latest project... .....and we were looking to make it feel more like a custom piece.

This Vintage Sporting Life wallpaper is the perfect match with the existing slate floors and taps into the homeowners' love of sports. The crystal k***s add a perfect touch of sophistication.

I don't usually post about vehicles....but Lincoln you have out done yourself this year with the new revamp🤩 It's an SUV made for an Interior Designer 🤩😍

As I wrap up a 2 year-long residential project in southern Florida, we are going out with a bang on our final wallpaper day! 🍾🧡🎊

With a sandy beach and an outdoor shower nearby, we decided to create a fun residential "locker room" or, as we call it, the changing room that can be accessed from the outdoors or from inside the homes waterfront bathroom.
