Congratulations to our Director of Information Technology (IT), Dan Zadra, who retired last Friday after more than 10 years at !

Dan made strides in the IT department and led his team through some of The Authority’s biggest transitions during his time here. Our CEO and Executive Director, Elmer Moore, Jr., spoke at the 2024 Wisconsin Economic Development Association (WEDA) Governor’s Conference on Economic Development following Governor Tony Evers State of the State and Opening Address.

This year’s theme was Charting Wisconsin’s Horizon: Emerging Trends in Economic Development. It covered the most important economic development challenges and opportunities and was the perfect opportunity for to be a part of these conversations & emphasize the intersection of housing and economic development.

The impacts of housing insecurity have far-reaching effects on economic stability as well as physical and mental health. Our programs aim to ensure everyone in Wisconsin has a safe and affordable place to call home.
