Randy specializes in fostering strong partnerships between school boards, superintendents, and key stakeholders to ensure effective educational practices for all students.

Randy retired in June 2024 after 20 years as a school district superintendent in Wisconsin schools.

Wisconsin's tax collections for the 2023-24 fiscal year exceeded expectations by $275.7 million, a 1.3% increase.

The surplus was primarily driven by higher income and corporate tax revenues, while sales and excise taxes fell slightly short of projections.

A total of 137 school referendum questions will appear on the November ballot across Wisconsin.

Overall, 57 of those referendums will ask for temporary (or non-recurring) authority to increase the district’s revenue limit, while 22 will ask for permanent (or recurring) authority to increase the district’s revenue limit.
