A few of our women agents participated in the Superwoman Summit last week and had a wonderful time. Here is a few of the takeaways these women had to say about the event:

**Opportunity to bond with internal female teammates on a closer level just by simply taking out the time together and taking the time to enjoy the events! I would recommend all teams to stay overnight and use it as a “retreat” in the future.
Relationships: because of the private dinners they took us out to, I got to connect with 3 people specifically that I do not otherwise think I would’ve. The strategy behind a lot of the dinner groups I thought was smart. I got to be in the “Top 10” producers in the region with Bob Birty. Conversations and topics were valuable and enjoyable because we were all around similar production levels and mostly all USM, USV, or FAs. Very excited to have newfound connections with the great Kari Skyles, Michelle Neuhalfen (USV in NC), & Jessica Jones (UFT/FA Charlotte, NC) who were all at my private dinner and speakers in the program!!!
