GRAD NIGHT STUDENT Q&A:
-What time do students start checking in?
We will be set up before graduation ends, at the north end of the building (in the enclosed parking lot. I believe they will enter ShoWare there). They can start checking in as soon as they are done with graduation things (pictures, etc :)). We will be standing by tables with colored balloons.
-What do I need to know about check-in?
*If the student bought a ticket, they need to stand in the line with the balloon the same color as your bus.
*If they didn't buy a ticket yet, stand in the line with the white balloon.
*If they bought a ticket but didn't choose a bus, do so here: https://forms.gle/JYDmXNxtg5FFxp587 OR stand in the line with the bus they want to ride on. (Purple and yellow are already full)
-What does my student need to show at check-in?
*Their name.
*Possibly the name of the person who bought their ticket, if they haven't already received an email from me saying we received a ticket purchase.
*Money ($200; cash or card) if they need to buy a ticket
*Their completed permission slip if they haven't received an email from me saying I have theirs)
-What will you give students at check-in?
We will give you a bracelet the same color of your bus.
-What time will students leave ShoWare for the party?
We will start loading the buses around 10:00 PM and we will leave around 10:25 PM.
-What should students do before they load?
*Change clothes into comfortable clothing
*Leave everything with their parents
-What happens at load-in?
*Stand in line at the bus with the sign that's the same color as their bracelet.
*The event management company will have two security guards patting students down before they're allowed to get on the buses.
-What can students take with them to the party?
*Very little. We'll have toiletries in the bathrooms for anyone who needs them (wipes, gum, etc.)
*No backpacks, purses, etc. allowed
-Where should students leave their cars so they can drive home after the party?
*On the staff/faculty side of THS (east sides). The gate will be open so you can leave after we drop back off at the school.
*NOT AT SHOWARE
-When will students be back to THS?
We will arrive back around 5:30/6:00 AM Friday morning.
-What will you do in case of emergencies?
Call the parents/guardians from the permission slip đ
-Will you tell us where the students will be going?
Nope đ
