This summer has been nothing short of amazing! Last month, we were honored to host the Atlanta Dream's 2024 'Power Her Dreams' Basketball Clinic 🏀, making us the first hosting facility for this event. We were thrilled to welcome nearly 100 girls from all across Georgia to participate.

It was truly special to have Dream Basketball player Alisha Gray grace the clinic with her presence, alongside the other dedicated Atlanta Dream staff and coaches who made this event possible. Special thanks to HYPE (Hope for Youth, Inc.) for conducting engaging coding sessions for the participants! A heartfelt thank you goes out to Girls Inc. Board member Adonica Plummer for her outstanding efforts in arranging this unforgettable experience. ❤️💙

We are yelling from the rooftops "THANK YOU" to our partners at ADP for the amazing Career Day & Boutique experience they provided to over 30 girls. The girls took part in job shadowing, coding fun, speed interviewing and empowerment sessions. Special shout outs to Sonja Rhynehardt (Girls Inc. Board Member) and Karim McDougall (Girls Inc. Girl Dad Champion Circle Leader). Because of you we continue to develop the next generation of workforce leaders! ❤️

Our girls had a truly incredible time at the inaugural "She's Got More" event, featuring star LSU basketball player, Flau'jae Johnson! She truly embodies what it means to be strong, smart, and bold and made EVERY single one of our girls feel seen with her passion and ability to understand their experiences.
