Enlighten Academy looking for an experienced Program Director to assist in running and operating in our daycare Center. You will be responsible for staff scheduling, hiring, training, marketing to increase enrollment, as well as daily operations of the school. The Program Director will assume full responsibility of the school in the Director's absence. You will supervise teachers and inform the Director on progress and performance. A successful Program Director will lead the way in relationship building with teachers and families and creating a positive team spirit throughout the school.

Responsibilities

Assists and supports Director in all aspects of managing the school, to include human resources, marketing, customer relations, financial systems, quality control and physical facility.
Assists in curriculum planning and daily supervision of staff while modeling and promoting professionalism.
Plan and manage the weekly staff schedule.
Hiring and onboarding new employees as needed.
Assists in recognizing parent concerns, planning a course of action, and responding professionally to parents’ needs.
Develops and actively maintains positive community relationships.
Skills 1. Proven experience as childcare center director or other managerial position
2. Comprehensive knowledge of child development, appropriate practices, and State Minimum Standards 3. Able to drive school van to pick up kids
4. Must be organized, able to multi-task, strategically resolve challenges, efficient, and have a great attitude
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills
6. Early Childhood Classroom or teaching experience
