They did not pay a fee, they did not come w/friends, they were not training for a race - all of them had a unique motive to get up and brave the elements. social runs are inspiring - that’s where new runners become inspired to do what the world thinks is impossible - and veteran runners give back to their beginnings.

Can I tell you something?... It was a Social Run, it was a fun run while learning, it was encouragement while demanding more... 5 years ago I found all on this from this guy - relentless passion for , extensive knowledge...because of people like Ben Botello that I am willing to serve, encourage and share with others... that is the transformative power of Social Group Running ....

These are just 2 of my running buddies over the last few years, I am thankful for them becoming my early morning therapists, for helping me, especially during dark times of life, for sweating together and being each other’s biggest fans.
