Our Connecting Kids to Coverage Enrollment Counselors, Dominick & Jereaner, spent some time at Buckley-Carpenter Elementary School to support Fayette County Community Advisory Board’s Back-to-School Fest!

They were able to share resources across grant programs AND provide on-site TennCare enrollment services for Medicaid-eligible families.

Seedco, Midsouth Regional Office had the pleasure of hosting two outstanding summer interns, Jacorea & Jonathan for the last six weeks!

We are enthusiastic about the difference they will make in their respective fields and look forward to the many successes and wins ahead!

We are thrilled to host our Annual Back to School Bash in partnership with in support of the National Connecting Kids to Coverage Campaign! This year, we are excited to serve our Frayser families and look forward to giving our students a fun-filled head start to the new school year!!!

This past Friday, CKC team participated in their quarterly team retreat. The team was able to strategize and plan for the remaining of the year. Shoutout to the CKC team for a great teambuilding event.

This past Saturday, Seedco's bilingual outreach team ( Maria, LYNC, and Diana, RND) participated in World Relief's Community Potluck. World Relief focus on providing support to immigrants. Maria and Diana was able to connect with families to provide information about healthcare coverage.

Seedco staff member were present this past Saturday at MSCS Safe Supportive Families Expo hosted at American Way Middle School. This past Friday, Seedco MSRO Red Nose Day and Linking You and Neighbors bilingual team members hosted “Taller de Salud Y Bienestar Para Mamas Primerizas” (New Mom’s Health and Wellness Workshop). There were twenty moms present and were able to receive knowledge regarding healthy pregnancy and raising healthy children.

This past Friday, Seedco MSRO had the opportunity to be a part of the One Memphis Tour, "Empoderando Voces Construyendo Caminos" hosted by Memphis Mayor Paul Young. Maria Guerraro, Bilingual Outreach Manager was able to attend this event and connect with other agencies dedicated to providing services to the Hispanic Community.

Maria stated, "It was incredible to see our Hispanic community members come together to engage with the Mayor of Memphis, Paul Young, asking questions and sharing suggestions. I believe that these types of events allow for greater integration of the Hispanic community in the city's plans, and they enable us to build bridges and empower voices."

Join us Friday, March 15th from 10am – 1pm for a Job Fair EXPO. Seedco MSRO will be partnering with American Job Center - Greater Memphis Tennessee. This event is free and open to the public.
