Are you coming to lunch in Tupelo this Thursday? Meet this month's speaker, Hozay Hausley!

Hozay Hausley is native of Amory, Mississippi. He is married Lashayla and they have two kids, Hannah and Blayke. He has been with Renasant Bank in Aberdeen, MS for 24 years and is currently the Market President. He has attended and graduated from many banking schools: Southeastern School of Consumer Credit, Vanderbilt University, The Mississippi School of Banking, University of Mississippi, and Commercial Lending Academy at the Barret school of Banking in Memphis TN.

Hozay serves on the Board of Directors for the Amory location of the North MS Medical Center and the Monroe County Chamber of Commerce as well as the McFarland Foundation Committee here in Aberdeen. In 2019, he was nominated as one of the top 25 Most Influential African Americans in Mississippi. Hozay has also judged pageants for over 25 years. He has judged in MS, TN and AL. He achieved Bachelors of Social Science from Mississippi University for Women (and smart men too.) Additionally, Hozay has an Associates of Arts Degree from Itawamba Community College where he was one of ICC’s Alumni Spotlight. He is also a motivational speaker and author. He has written one book: “Turning Point” in 2012.
