Thank You for Your Service to this great Nation.

Live the Life of Your Dreams: Be brave enough to live the life of your dreams according to your vision and purpose instead of the expectations and opinions of others 🤔
Rest in peace King. Thank you for bringing hope to our world and our people.
It ain't over‼️ You're still here‼️
What if?.... 🤔
If you dwell on what ifs and choose not to do anything, you are not going to get anywhere, and this is guaranteed.
Failure happens not to deter you but to strengthen your resolve. Whenever you do something and venture into the unknown, you may fail, this is true. But who knows – you may also succeed.
Two towering figures of the American civil rights movement died Friday, a major loss for a nation still grappling with protests and demands for racial equality decades later.
John Robert Lewis died at age 80 after a battle with cancer. Rev. Cordy Tindell "C.T." Vivian died at age 95 of natural causes. They died a day before the birthday of the late Nelson Mandela -- another renown champion of racial equality.
Both men were the epitome of "good trouble" -- Lewis' favorite saying and approach to confronting injustices without violence. They worked alongside the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. in the forefront of the historic struggle for racial justices in the 1960s.
At the height of the push for justice, their beatings at the protests galvanized support that led to key changes. After years of arrests, confrontations and unyielding demands for justice, they received the highest civilian honor from the nation's first Black President.
Happiness is an inside job. Don't assign anyone else that much power in your life.🤔

Happy Independence Day to all of our MNTR Family.
MNTR Minute 2:6 START!! with đź—Ł

Zig Ziglar said it best:
"You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great."
It is so easy to get stuck on the sideline and become overwhelmed about starting to achieve a dream. I understand that there are a lot of valid reasons why you haven't started.
I am guilty of it, wanting everything to be absolutely perfect or wanting to be the best at something before I even start.
Everyone and everything has a starting point. Just remember you will never win a race unless you start one.
Blessed
The call that a large percentage of us dont receive but wish we could. For those who do you are blessed. Cherish your Fathers.
Trust yourself to survive.
MNTR Minute 2:5 Comparing with đź—Ł
You use other people to gauge your success, or failure. We all do it—compare ourselves to other, maybe more successful, people. Without seeing what others around you have achieved, how else would you know what’s possible, right?
But as you progress in your career, that benchmark effect can actually lead to professional jealousy, which can hamper your own success and lead to unnecessary stress if you let it build.
So it’s important to acknowledge jealous feelings, because the time and energy you expend worrying about what others are doing could (and should) be put into building your own career, your own business, instead.
Those who can see and believe in the Invisible are the ones that can do the Impossible
We must be careful by what we are distracted by sometimes this distraction is intentional.
“Distractions destroy action. If it's not moving you towards your purpose, leave it alone.” Jeremaine Riley

Why do you think we are afraid of Criticism?
Here are a few words on the topic from a member of our MNTR team.
Thanks brother for that knowledge
Our ability to maintain perspective and gain from criticism is a skill that does not come naturally to us.

We remember. Thank you for your service and sacrifice.
As we grow up and move along the journey of life we pick up habits, customs and routines.
We settle down into a way of life that is comfortable, manageable and acceptable to the people around us.
Yet for most of us, we crave for something more. We desire a better job, a better social life, a better house, car and holidays.
We have this constant feeling we can be better than we currently are, but, we ignore it.
We feel where we are today is where we are supposed to be and all those people who keep telling us we can do better and achieve greater things are just snake oil salespeople talking rubbish and trying to sell us things.
Corinthians 15:58. “Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you.
During these time we are moved easily by almost anything. Stand firm on your faith and trust him. Everything will be alright.
