Jesus is “‘the stone you builders rejected,
which has become the cornerstone." Acts 4:11
Peter and John were brought to the Sanhedrin, a court, after healing the lame man and preaching about Jesus. The Sanhedrin told them not to speak in Jesus' name. However, the Apostles kept telling others about the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus. Thousands of people became followers of Jesus. He became their Cornerstone.
Have you played Jenga? In the game, you meticulously remove blocks and restack them on top of each other. Whoever tumbles the tower, loses the game.
In real life you are like Jenga blocks; except, Jesus is your Cornerstone. When you fall down, your Lord and Savior helps you to get back up again. A cornerstone supports two standing walls to keep.them from tumbling. Jesus, as the Cornerstone, is a testament of His stability, strength, power, and love.
Are you building your life on His firm foundation? Throughout your life, you will stumble and tumble. BUT, Jesus is here to help you reset your foundation. Therefore, acknowledge and accept Jesus as your Cornerstone so that you can get back up again, again, again again.........
Let's know how to act from the Acts of the Apostles.

Acts 3:6-8 Then Peter said, “Silver or gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk.” Taking him by the right hand, he helped him up, and instantly, the man’s feet and ankles became strong. He jumped to his feet and began to walk. Then he went with them into the temple courts, walking and jumping, and praising God.
Peter and John were going to the temple gate, Beautiful, to pray. A lame man asked them for money. Peter's response is in the above scripture.
Today, I want to tell you to pray in the name of Jesus, Messiah, Sacrificial Lamb, or ..... Why? In John 14:13-14, Jesus tells you....
And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it.
Prayer is a way to communicate with God. Prayer is a means of grace because it provides access to the power and presence of God. When you pray, you become available to God and God's love. Your prayers may not be answered expeditiously or your way, BUT they will be answered God's way. You may not be content with how God answers your prayers because it may require you to experience challenges. I have come to understand that life's challenges are growth pathways. When I learned to ask God - What are You teaching me? I gained a better understanding of my obstacles.
I want you to know to always remember to pray in the name of Jesus. He is the Doorway, the Light of the World, and the Prince of Peace.
