Storm water management in the Lick Creek Storm Watershed and stormwater basin located in Midtown Memphis Lick Creek is part of the Wolf River Watershed.
Lick Creek Watershed is made of neighborhoods and organizations concerned about solutions for storm water flooding in the Lick Creek Basin. Lick Creek flows through Midtown Memphis north from the fairgrounds and east of Central Gardens through Overton Park thru the Vollintine Evergreen Neighborhood into Cypress Creek and then into Wolf River and ultimately draining into the Mississippi River.
