This pair of boxers need a foster or adopter. They are currently in Paragould,AR. The black is a six year old male and brown is female. Both are spayed and neutered. Three dogs I can take responsibility for if I can find fosters. Shiba Inu is a young female approx 8 months old and 16 lbs. Apparently this breed is intelligent and aloof and best placed in a home who has had breed experience. All dogs are female. Golden retriever is an older female weighing 60lbs. This is Apache (black and white), spade and up to date on her shots. Her brother (gray) is named Cochise, is not neutered but is up to date on his shots. Both are 6 years old.
My mother-in-law lives in Madison, TN near Nashville. She is in her 70s and her husband unexpectedly passed away in October and left behind these two bully breed dogs that she cannot physically take care of because of having back surgery. She's moving to GA before Christmas and needs to re-home the dogs as she can't take them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Our annual holiday Angel Tree fundraiser has begun! This year we are sponsoring Real Good Dog Rescue and collecting money and supplies for the dogs in their care! RGDR was founded in 2004 with the goal of reducing the number of dogs euthanized in local shelters. We have a goal of raising $1,000 this year in addition to collecting as many needed supplies as possible. To donate, you can: 1. Call camp or stop by to donate via cash, check, or credit card.
2. Buy any of the supplies on the list below and drop them off at camp!

• Laundry detergent
• Bleach
• Bully sticks!!

The dudettes created quite a stir at novel today! Peggy sue and Maggie may met their new families. Loretta hung out with us too and she usually doesn't like other dogs but she seemed to like the puppy Layla.

Posting this as a wake up call for those who assume their kids are gonna take care of the pets when you pass..... make a solid plan that includes vet records and financial means for someone else to care for the pet. "owner surrendered" dog at MAS, "inherited pet"

Showing now at Novel, 387 Perkins Ext. is Angel, a scruffy female terrier mix about six years old. Angel needs a home who will put her on a diet and exercise plan! She became overweight when her owner died and she depended on visits from relatives to leave out large amounts of food til the next visit. Angel is all about getting love from humans! She will be there til about 4 today

I'm so grateful to have received donations today for Giving Tuesday. I feel that this rescue has really been blessed this year; we've had plenty of high medical expenses but our bills are paid and we are ready to help others. Thank you so much for your support and care. Happy Holidays to all.

Here is an update on Ling; her foster mom is calling her Sasha. We believe she is a heeler/rat terrier mix, weighs 20 lbs.
"She is dainty. She is cheeky. Introducing her eminence Sasha of Memphis. This 7ish month old with soulful eyes loves treats,cuddles and naps. She is a smart cookie who learned ‘sit’ in a day and is housebroken plus crate-trained. I call her ‘faux-graceful’ and is a source of daily amusement in our household. Though she tolerates her grumpy foster brother,I think she would prefer being the only fur baby..at least for now. Memphis,TN: meet the pointer sisters Ming and Ling from a Memphis animal shelter. They are smaller and short coated and look like pointers but could have some kind of herding breed in them. Or maybe they are rat terrier/ heeler mixes? They weigh 16 and 22 lbs.and are estimated to be seven months old.Ming has the split face and brown markings. This is an FYI for people who are sending messages to this rescue thru facebook. Facebook looks at non profits as BUSINESSES and they switched business accounts to META. I no longer have practically ANY management tools that function. I cannot see comments on any of the posts without looking on my phone.I prefer to use my desktop computer cause it is easier to access info and photos from multiple sources when trying to post a dog. Good news! Dobby is a foster fail! Thanks to Mark and Gabe, Dobby seems so happy!

This short legged cutie is a pit male, two years old and in danger of going to Memphis Animal Shelter very soon. His owner lives in an apartment and works two jobs. "Shorty" is kenneled A LOT. He also needs some basic vetting to help with his skin, very pink in a lot of places. Nice dog, not raised with other dogs so would need to introduce slowly. I estimate 30-40 lbs. Im willing to cover his neuter and vaccines/heartworm test at Spay Memphis. Southaven,MS: these two beautiful dogs need a new home. Their owner has moved to an apartment and the dogs are no longer welcome. Flo is the black dog, male, around 70 lbs. DNA results: shepherd, aussie,collie mix. Both dogs 6 or 7 years old. Flo loves a frisbee and loves to run, is crated in the house. Drogo is the yellow dog, male chow/lab/german shep mix. He is gentle and loves to cuddle and is low energy.

Memphis,TN: we've been asked to help rehome two senior chis, both male, 11 years old. They are half siblings who were adopted together at 8 weeks of age. Cassanova is slightly larger, he is about 7 lbs. Leonidus is the little bug eyed one, about five lbs. They are crated separately. The family has children now and the dogs dont want to play with the kids and spend too much time in their kennels. The owner feels there is a more compatible home for them elsewhere and I will do my best to find that place. Negative comments are not helpful, not welcome and your comment will be removed.
