As we embark on the last day of school, we want to congratulate our 5th graders on their Promotion Day ceremony that took place on yesterday. Shoutout to the awesome 5th grade team of Ms. Cox, Ms. Douglas Wells and Mr. Glenn for spearheading this wonderful program. We want to thank our special guest speaker, Ms. Sunya Payne with Memphis-Shelby County Schools - MSCS for her wonderful heartfelt words to our students. We are so proud of our students and wish them well. We also want to thank our wonderful Admin and staff for their participation in making sure that this was a memorable experience for our students and parents. BIG UPS to our Art Instructor, Mr. Chewning, for the awesome backdrops! 👍🏽
Bittersweet moment because many of these students have been with us since KK and we have watched them grow up. We wish all of our future middle schoolers well and we know that they are prepared and ready!!!! MIDDLE SCHOOL…. HERE WE COME! 😎👍🏽🎈🎊🎉💪🏾

As we wrap up the school year, we are still celebrating those students with good behavior and Perfect Attendance. On yesterday, we had our last E-Party of the year where our students watched a movie and had snacks. Next, some of our students had a special treat where they were granted the opportunity to “Paint with the Principal!” We are always proud of our panthers that come to school each day and behave well! We topped off Day 5 of Teacher Appreciation Week on Friday in our “denim” outfits! Shoutout to the YMCA for the morning doughnuts and our Admin and Office staff for the pizza lunch for our teachers and staff. We also want to thank our very own Ms. Rooker for the goodie bags that she prepared for the staff. 🥰🫶🏾
We have truly had a wonderful week and we are grateful to our teachers and teacher assistants for ALL of the ❤️work that they display each and everyday! Thanks for all that you do! 😎👏🏾🫶🏾💚🤍

WHAT A TIME! WHAT A TIME! Day 4.. Teacher Appreciation Week was AWESOME! We had a “howdy” good time in our cowboy hats and boots! We want to thank our marvelous Admin staff for a wonderful BBQ feast catered by . Everything was wonderful. It’s Happy Teacher Appreciation Week and we are celebrating our Teachers and Staff all week! Today was “High School/College Spirit Day.” Our teachers and staff came to school repping their high school or college shirts. They were also treated to a “Continental” breakfast this morning by our wonderful office staff! Our teachers are AWESOME! More exciting activities to come! 👍🏽👏🏾👏🏾😎
