Here’s how to participate:

🥪 Pack Your Lunch: Instead of eating out, pack a PB&J or your favorite sandwich!
🥪 Donate: Contribute what you would normally spend on lunch to Hope House at hopehousememphis.org
🥪 Share & Challenge: Post a pic of your lunch on social media, tag , and challenge friends to join!

Did you know? Children who attended a 4-year old preschool are:

Less likely to commit a felony.
Less likely to drop out of high school
Less likely to need government assistance.
More likely to go to college, and thus more likely to earn more in a lifetime.

First day feelings ✨Everyone have a great school year! 📚

Last week our families celebrated heading back to school! They also got all of the gear they needed to have a smart start! THANK YOU to everyone who donated uniforms and supplies. With your help we were able to outfit over 30 Hope House kids!

This group from swept us off our feet with during the Go&Do service day!! They tackled our classrooms and no nook or cranny was forgotten. Our space is ready for the school year thanks to them!! 🧹 🧼 🥳

From bubbles and puzzles to temporary tattoos and friendship bracelets, the fun never stopped with our friends from Pfizer! We created some core memories with this sweet team! 🎉✨

This summer, we've been honored to spend two weekly lessons with the one and only Ms. Toni from Dazzle!!!! Beyond dancing, she teaches us motor skills, letter recognition, and CONFIDENCE!

If you donated towards our summer program, this is one of the enriching programs you have provided for Hope House children. We're so grateful for your help in providing quality programming during the summer for the families we serve.

The intern crew from Monogram Foods brought some big smiles to Hope House last week! They arrived with over 800 hygiene products for our clients!!! We've never seen our hygiene closet so full! Afterward, they spent some special time with our pre-k class. The kids LOVED the every-color chalk pack they brought! What an amazing group!

Help a Hope House kid start smart at school this year! We have around 30 students who still need help purchasing their uniforms for school. Here are some ways you can help...

Back-to-school season is just around the corner!! Unfortunately, uniforms can be beyond the means for many Hope House families. You can help meet this important need! Here are two ways you can make a difference...

1. Shop for the uniforms yourself! Email [email protected] and we'll provide the sizes and colors needed for a specific child.

We had the most fun today with this group from BDO! THANK YOU for spending your Friday organizing donations, cleaning our classrooms, and crafting with our kids. We can’t wait till next time!

This week, we got creative to celebrate Juneteenth! Hope House is closed today in honor of this important day in history.

The numbers are in!! Earlier this month, we provided HIV testing and education to around 50 attendees at the Midsouth Pride Parade! Plus, we had fun meeting so many amazing people! 🌈 🥳

Missed us at the parade? You can still get a free HIV test at Hope House. Just call Mary at 901-412-1596 to schedule an appointment. We’ll also be out in the community at several locations this month, so stay tuned for details!

It was such a treat to play with the boll weevils and meet the new King and Queen of ! We always look forward to this exciting day in the summer! Thanks for playing with us and making our Tuesday special!! 💚🎉

‼️ Super Volunteer Alert! ‼️ Graham jetted in from across the country to volunteer at Hope House for three weeks!! From making food boxes for our families to assembling furniture to helping our classrooms, he tackled every job with a smile! We’re beyond grateful for his time here and we miss his cheerful spirit already!

ATTENTION! Buddies Needed! We are looking for volunteers for our Buddy Up program! Each volunteer will be matched with a preschool student to be their mentor for the school year. We ask that volunteers commit to visiting the child for an hour one time a week for the 2024-2025 school year. If you or someone you know is interested in being a buddy this year, please email Erin at [email protected]

Wear your heart on your sleeve in every color! You can shop Hope House clothes and support families affected by HIV. A portion of each item sold goes towards Hope House's mission!

WOW! We are absolutely amazed by the generosity of everyone who donated to Hope House’s summer program! Thanks to your kindness and a match from an incredible sponsor, we raised over $13,000 (over DOUBLE our goal) !!! Your contributions will supplement our existing summer programs and bring enrichment activities to our classrooms. To everyone who donated and shared, thank you for helping provide a Summer of Hope for families affected by HIV.

A couple of weeks ago, our friend and volunteer Susan brought us vegetable seeds! We learned about the basics of gardening and got to plant beets, cucumbers, radishes, and lettuce. Our seeds have sprouted and we recently transplanted them into our garden box! We’re hoping for some big veggies this summer! 🥬🧑🏾‍🌾
