We provide comprehensive back office support so that non-profit leaders can focus on the needs of our community. As an intermediary nonprofit, the mission of MLF is to create new initiatives, build leadership capacity, and work with people of faith and goodwill as we strive to replace battlegrounds with playgrounds.

❤️💚🖤 Happy Juneteenth ❤️💚🖤
On June 19, 1865, federal troops arrived in Galveston, Texas, to declare the end of the Civil War and the liberation of approximately 250,000 enslaved individuals in Texas. This momentous occasion occurred two years after President Abraham Lincoln issued the Emancipation Proclamation.
Memphis Leadership Foundation commemorates the emancipation of ALL enslaved individuals in the U.S. We encourage everyone to reflect on history and promote unity and equality.
Looking for ways to celebrate Juneteenth? Choose901 has put together a great list of events happening all over the city.
Memphis knows how to celebrate Juneteenth! 🥳 Whether you’re looking to shop a local Black business or to jam out to a Juicy J set, there are plenty of ways for you to honor all that Juneteenth represents ✨
