All 4s Rescue League

We have a few families that we help with dog supplies that we have offered to help Mom & Dad with Christmas! There are so many struggling daily that we know we can help through this holiday season. We have 3 families that need us. If you would like a copy of sizes, age, etc send us a message. You can ship or drop off items. We will provide specifics. If you want to contribute to gift giving we have a few shopping elves that took care of business last year and they are so anxious to jump in again. As you know we post the parents with their gifts and provide a ham and gift certificates for a full meal as well. We see the need first hand and want to help so many. This is a big way to help directly in Memphis communities. YOU can be Santa for a family that truly needs a little help!!

Awareness. It’s part of our mission statement. This is too often the fate of a stray. This dog roamed this neighborhood for over a year. Mas was contacted multiple times but he was never picked up nor trapped. Fortunately people in the area would feed him but he wouldn’t come close. As you can see he’s a big boy so some were afraid of him. Unfortunately someone in the neighborhood took matters in to their own hands. A kind neighbor found him and called mas immediately. He sat with him as he died from the poison within minutes of finding him but he suffered a horrible death. Mas finally got him. These dogs should not be left to the community to manage. People are not trained to handle dogs as our paid shelter employees and face it, there are just plain evil folks that have ill intentions.

Lady is one we spayed several years ago. When we first met her she slept in a chair on the porch so we gave the owner a blanket and he would wrap her up in the chair at night. Then we talked him in to atleast letting her sleep inside at the door. We gave him treats and he literally trained her to sleep at the door because his wife didn’t allow dogs inside. To this day she sleeps at the door inside. She knows the van and knows she gets a treat every time! Shes a good girl and loves her Daddy!!

A few famous names in our group living their best lives. Henry was a suffering stray we rescued many years ago and he is one spoiled lap dog. He wants for nothing and simply adored by his Momma!
Juicy was a neglected chained dog that we fought for several years to get cruelty charges. Fortunately she survived and we finally had an officer get the job done so she she is living the dream now. She has a sibling and parents that worship her every move!! These are the wins my friends! 🙏

This big girl didn’t have any shelter but we solved that today. Her Daddy says she goes inside when it’s cold. She also received flea/tick meds and a new leash to go for walks. His oldest daughter stopped by and insisted on taking her for a walk. She was leash training Coco and I know she was happy to be off that chain.

Ms Ruth reached out for another doghouse for Coco. Her house is damaged so she needed a new one. We brought Little Boy a house a few years ago. We also spayed/neutered them years ago. I have to say, these two were chained when we first met them. The yard is fenced so out of fear of them jumping the fence they chained them. With a little discussion, Ms Ruth agreed to try to let them run loose in the yard. It went great! Step one!! No chains since🙌. Step two- Coco also started going inside at night. Little Boy hates going inside but they drag him in on cold nights. She sends me photos of him in the crate in the winter because she does not play!! Also , This week Coco will go see Dr Olesan. She has a growth that is a no go!! We will post updates. Pray for a good outcome!!

Jake and Becca jumped in today to help get the strays much needed shelter. These will help strays in Heather’s area in South Memphis. A big thank you to Steve and Leeann for getting the houses prepped for delivery. They are insulated and shingled to withstand the weather! Whatever it takes🙏.

Take a look at the little puppy from last week. Thanks to PAWS New England he received the leg amputation he much needed and he will be in great hands from here. Thank you Lisa for fostering another little that needs your TLC!!

Our sweet baby boy Matt is feeling better now that he’s minus one leg!

He’s the pup that curled up with his siblings in an abandoned mattress to keep warm but his leg got entangled in the springs resulting in a terrible injury.

He’s doing great and is already walking a bit, albeit woozily, but still trying.

He’s a precious baby and we love him to bits. Figure you will as well.

Thanks to the amazing team at Berclair Animal Hospital P.C for getting the guy in so quickly and taking care of him!

Money is one of our spays today. She will also receive vaccines, microchip, dewormer, flea/tick meds at no cost to her family. We transport the dogs to and from their appointment otherwise these dogs would never see a veterinarian. Each spay or neuter and vaccinated pet makes an impact in Memphis. Thank YOU for helping us make a difference.

Look who is inside tonight!!!??!! Roxy, the pretty girl left behind by her family. She has made a new friend!! Some of you may remember Bibi the black chow we helped for several years before she passed away earlier this year. She lived around the corner from Roxy. Her mom has been wanting a small dog but I walked Roxy over to meet her and ask if she could hang out at night. If all goes well this might be Roxy’s new Mom!! We will keep you updated ❤️

A big thank you to everyone that contributed today!! These are the dogs you help any time you donate to All 4s. They had no shelter at all. We insulated the igloos since there is no chance they will come inside. We have helped Jojo for several years and someone stole his doghouse when he moved. Black was a stray he chained up recently, unfortunately. As you see, your support helps us have the supplies for the neediest dogs. We THANK YOU for helping us help them!! THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

As we said earlier, every single day is a challenge. The nice man that helps the strays and gives them an open storage room to huddle in at night has found one of the puppies injured by a mattress in the area. Fortunately he went looking for the puppy and found him tangled. There are six puppies total. This one is headed in to Berclair to get medical treatment asap. We would really like to get these babies safe but we need fosters so that we can secure rescue. If you can foster this baby or any of these please contact us in messenger. These are the ones we work to make our way to in the worst of the worst weather. We know they are there with no hope of going inside. Hot or cold! These are the faces of why we fight so hard!! Why we always bring awareness to the reality of the chains, the reality of the strays. It’s our why. 365 days a year!! Help us grow our efforts in 2024 with neighborhood clinics, FREE spay/neuter and fighting for a chain ordinance that actually eliminates a life on these chains. It’s time!

One of our stops today helped some really cold pups get inside. This family took in the neighbors dog when they moved off and left him. He jumps on the children so they couldn’t bring him inside but with a leash and a crate for him they were happy to get him inside at night. Their other two come inside at night. They are allowing us to spay/neuter everybody.

Help us change animal welfare in our city. We love Memphis and need your help to give these voiceless dogs their chances to be heard.

As Giving Tuesday approaches we look back at the year’s work and all of the amazing volunteers and fosters that it takes to help these desperate pets. In a huge way, YOU are also one of the volunteers that helps us get to the next dog. Without your support we cannot do this work. We have an expanding FREE spay/neuter program and a community outreach program to bring FREE resources to pet owners in the underserved areas, doghouses, dog food, flea&tick meds, medical care, collars, leashes, bowls, straw, on and on. It takes an incredible amount of work and support together!! Follow us as we grow this outreach this year and consider supporting our mission with a personal fundraiser for All 4s on Facebook. It’s an incredible way to give back directly to Memphis communities. The areas that need the most support!!

Blue is an inside dog but needed dog food. She’s in great shape and a happy girl. Her Daddy won’t allow us to spay her but we will keep trying 🙏

This sweet dog is fortunately not chained but an outside dog, all alone. Her owner is 97 years and does not bring her inside at all. She sleeps under the house which is open in several areas so she needed a doghouse. We were determined to get it tucked under the house so she would atleast get some heat from the house. As you can see, Claudia fell in love with this pup. She’s very skittish but warmed up to the attention. Pup Pup needs a new home. She will be famous by the way. She’s in our documentary 🤗 Let us know in messenger if you can foster.

We were Live at 9 with Kontji Anthony and Nina Wingfield with the SPCA. Taylor and Travis are famous and signing autographs this week!! 🤣🤣. Thank you Rebecca and the gang for sharing the puppies. And Always thankful for the chance to share our mission!!

Meet Silk!! We came across Silk at the store and she led us to several others that needed our help. Dogs start the conversation!! She was outside the neighborhood store and we know very often the store dogs follow their owners there. Sure enough, we poured her food. She nitpicked the wet food and went straight to the store door to wait. Her Daddy was so happy to meet us and needed food for her. We dewormed her as well. Now, The neighbor across the street has 6 dogs having litters left and right, housed in crates outside so we are working to get them help. I am so thankful we stopped to meet Silk. Mercy!!

Royal and her Mom got a little help today. Royal needed food. Her Mom is homeless living in an abandoned house and needed food as well. We are coming back with more supplies for her to help with the cold nights. Royal comes inside thankfully. She is also allowing us to spay Royal although she initially wanted her to have one litter. The struggle is unbearable for so many!! 🙏

It’s spay day!! Remember this service is provided free of charge to underserved owners. It includes free spay/neuter, all vaccines, microchip, dewormer, flea/tick meds, follow up meds. It is however not free to us. We cannot provide this service without support!! Every single one impacts the Memphis population. Be part of the solution 🙏

While working in the field a few weeks ago a neighbor called me over as I was feeding a momma dog. I felt sure I was about to be chewed out for feeding the strays (it happens on occasion 🤦‍♀️) She proceeded to question me about my whereabouts in the neighborhood -which she should. She had noticed me for several months. Next thing you know she’s invited me on her radio show. Her name is Donnie Briggs and she does a show with her daughter, Donnie Lashae. Meet my new BFF’s!! They both love animals dearly and do not believe in outside dogs 🙌!! Denise and I made our way to their studio SVP last night and had a blast. They haven’t confirmed when it will air but we will share the details. Fortunately they asked if we would come back and we are already planning 🙏
