Patient Spotlight: Michael Kelly has just completed his first spartan race after ACL surgery! Mike having gone through ACLR on the other LE previously, needed the confidence and strengthening to regain trust and power in his right leg! Up until the race Mike was challenged each week with single leg loading, jumping and landing techniques lead by Dr. Day. "Mike went into race week feeling more than ready to run at a comfortable pace as well as participate in all race obstacles without fear of re-injury" Congratulations Mike! Everyone at Fox PT is incredibly proud of you overcoming this hurdle and returning back to all types of exercise!

Dr. Joe has experience working with professional, collegiate, and recreational athletes throughout Florida, and thrives in an upbeat and fast paced environment. Dr. Joe is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA and is committed to providing exceptional personalized care to each of his patients.

Dr. Joe’s rehabilitation interests include sports medicine, injury prevention, post-operative care, orthopedics, manual physical therapy, and strength and conditioning. Dr. Joe embodies an active lifestyle and spends his free time working out, golfing, playing pickleball, and offshore fishing with family and friends.

Congrats to for his return to spearfishing after a complete dislocation of his shoulder 6 weeks ago. We were able to rehab his labrum tear without needing surgery! Nice catch!

Day 1 Evaluation of chronic lower back pain with an acute episode which was resulting in a lateral shift. After first day of manual treatment and specific correctives you can see a great improvement in standing posture. Next session we will start to implement a lumbar strengthening program.
