🍔 BIG Burger Fan Update 💥

As we look back on the past year, our team can only be incredibly grateful and appreciative of the connections, friendships and ABSOLUTELY LOYAL patronage that the city of Milwaukee has shown us at HotWax MKE. You,the burger fans, are the TRUE stars.

That said, we’ve made a decision to focus our full energy on our main brand at Meat & Co! We’ve finished our journey with Crossroads Collective and have learned SO much as new entrepreneur. In time, we’ll have the next move for HotWax. So keep an eye on our socials we’ll be updating often; we’re not budging! :)

We want to say a massive thank you to our staff, especially the "day ones" who have emphatically stuck around with our growing company and thank you to the Crossroads for letting this brand come to fruition and make the impact on the city that it has in a short time.

Our last day of service will be March 12th. Until then, we would love to see you all come by and grab some grub! We will be shifting our hours of operations to Wednesday - Saturday 11 - 9 and Sundays 11 - 8. We will be closing Mondays and Tuesdays.

Dear Serious Meats Friends and Family:

We see food and customer safety as a #1 priority and, sadly, sometimes that means we have to pull items for the greater good.

The CDC has announced a widespread Listeria outbreak sourced from cold cut deli meats. Wisconsin has not yet been affected, however, we will be erring on the side of caution and pulling all deli meats from the menus at HotWax MKE until further notice.

We will watch closely as the CDC navigates this issue and will be back to slanging Gabagool as soon as possible.
