Walnut Way Conservation Corp. (Walnut Way) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit neighborhood organization founded by residents in 2000.

The center is located at 2240 N 17th Street in a carefully renovated, formally infamous drug house. Understanding the importance of valuing place, residents restored this 1910 house, slated for demolition into an active Center where youth, families, elders, homeowners and renters participate in community development.

When it comes to voting, it's important to distinguish between hoping, faith, and knowing. Hoping is wishing for a particular outcome without certainty.

Faith, on the other hand, is trust or confidence in something or someone, often without proof. Knowing is having the facts or information, being certain.

When voting, you may hope for a certain candidate to win, and have faith in their promises.

But it's crucial to also know - to be informed about the candidates, their platforms, and how they align with your values and the issues that matter to you.

Only then can you make an informed decision and vote effectively.
