HRIโs headquarters is located on the northwest side of Milwaukee with satellite offices on the south side of Milwaukee, in Racine and Waukesha.
Check out some of HRIโs team at NeighborWorks in Pittsburgh! This weeklong training helps our housing counseling team sharpen their skills, obtain required certifications, and discuss industry trends with people from around the country.

We have more Racine Dominicans Mission Grant Program winners to announce. Congratulations to CAP Services, Inc., Housing Resources, Inc., and Racine Revitalization Partnership. These organizations were among the ten nonprofits awarded a $50,000 grant to address critical issues in Wisconsin such as immigration and migration, affordable homeownership solutions, and climate equity.
CAP Services, Inc., provides over two dozen programs in five counties, helping with job skills, economic security, advocacy, business coaching, community development, health, family development, and housing services.
Housing Resources Inc., prepares people for sustainable homeownership, fosters financial empowerment, and stabilizes communities through quality home counseling for low and moderate-income buyers.
The Racine Revitalization Partnership aims to create thriving neighborhoods with homeownership, quality rentals, business resources, and employment and education opportunities in Racine.
