🌟✨ Another fantastic and fun Wayzata Kids Staff PLC Day! 🌟✨

We rocked our Flannels and Flapjacks, diving into a day filled with connection, fun, and learning. Shoutout to Chris Cakes for fueling us with delicious treats as we delved into essential discussions on meeting kids' basic needs first.

Our creative leadership team led engaging team bonding and connecting activities, reminding us of the importance of building strong relationships within our team. From icebreakers to deep conversations, we're ready to continue creating an even more supportive and inclusive environment for the kids we serve.

Here's to a day filled with growth, pancakes, and plenty of flannel love! 🥞❤️
