We love to make your evening extra special! Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary or date night, we suggest our Beef Wellington. We start with a 7 oz. Background: Kevin Chavez Diaz graduated from New Technology High School in 2023 and is now in the Napa Valley College majoring in winemaking and planning to transfer to California Polytechnic State University or University of California Davis to become a Winemaker and make a name for himself in the wine industry. A Mexican-American, born to Mexican immigrants Maria Liliana Diaz Ramirez and Abel Chabes Cisneros, was born and raised in Napa California after his parents were brought over from Oaxaca by relatives, brought to a completely new world they knew nothing of compared to their little towns. They put down roots and raised a family of 4 children for a better life and more opportunities here in the US. Kevin being the oldest child struggled to learn two different languages and getting to know the lifestyle his parents knew and the lifestyle here in America, after facing multiple challenges such as where to find a home and translating for parents that didn’t speak a single word in English he is now at the age of 18 and a graduate from New Technology High School 2023. Kevin is ready to choose his path to rediscover the cultures and communities he was unaware of in Napa. He plans to make a name for himself in the wine industry and provide a better life for his family.
