Good Morning! I apologize for this being a day late! It only took me 36 weeks to miss a Monday morning update. Odds makers probably assumed it would be sometime in September, but I wish I had made it a full year without fumbling! First off, CONGRATS to our seniors as they look to cross the stage this weekend and take the next step in their journey. Thank you all for your contributions towards the success of our chapter!

This week is all about buttoning up loose ends before finals next week. All outstanding assignments are due at 11:59 PM Wednesday in order for me to get those graded and Skyward updated before the weekend. Please get those to me ASAP so everyone knows where their grade is before finals.

Classes have the following plans for the week:

Ag Business is taking their taxes unit quiz today before starting semester review for the final.

Natural Resources will meal prep today and cook for their semester projects tomorrow. Semester exam study guides will be out by the end of the week.

Intro to Ag will be in the shop the next three days working on fundamental welding techniques before their semester review Friday.

Urban Ag will finish up all things in the greenhouse after a great plant sale season. Their final will be a course reflection.

Animal Science will complete their nutrition and digestion quiz today. Review for the final will be the rest of the week.

Horticulture will begin semester review today mixed with limited clean up as the greenhouse clears out. They will have a test for their final.

As our FFA year comes to an end, we want to thank everyone for their dedication and support to making our chaos go. As a token of our appreciation, the public has the opportunity to clear out our remaining inventory of plants. $20 flats and $10 baskets will be available Tuesday (5/14) and Thursday (5/16) from 3:30-4:30 at the greenhouse on the east side of campus by the junior high entry.

Thanks for your continued support of our program. We are beyond appreciative of you sharing your students with us to make a difference in our district and community!
