Registration for the 2024 season is open.

Track & Field The youth track & field program is a program offered by the Nashua Police Athletic League (PAL) and Gate City Striders (GCS) for boys and girls ages 7 through 14, who are interested in competing in track and field events. Middle school and High school athletes under 18 are invited to participate at....

Some scenes and teams from Saturday and Sunday’s JOXC Nationals in Louisville KY…the storms in the afternoon caused postponement of the boys 5k from Saturday afternoon to Sunday morning. Fortunately, they were all able to make arrangements to run!
In total, PAL Striders were able to send 6 teams and 1 individual
athlete to JOXC Nationals for 2023!
