Coming from his home country Ukraine, Dima has 10+ years of personal training and bodybuilding experience. He has advanced training in metabolic testing and body composition programming. Dima is a star of the stage and is an IFBB PRO athlete, he is an Overall mr. Universe Classic Physique Champion and Vice Champion of World Bodybuilding 2018, 2 time champion of Ukraine Classic Bodybuilding 2017/2018, and overall champion of West Ukraine Classic BodyBuilding 2017. If you train with Dima, expect to put in work, but also expect to see muscle and definition you never knew you could have.
