Here are the top lifts (253 lb squat, 75 lb bench, and 352 lb deadlift) for my client in her very first powerlifting competition at 61 years young. Now, she did not have such aspirations of becoming a powerlifter when she first hired me to coach her online in October 2017 but the numbers she achieved over the course of that time so inspired her to compete. That said, her next competition will be in September.
