Inspired by Yukhoe(a Korean version of steak tartare), the Beef Tartare is a small but flavor-packed dish; made with seasoned hand-cut prime beef, Korean pear, and jalapeño topped with a raw egg. Enjoy pairing with seaweed crisp on the side as it enhances the flavor and texture.
