1. are crunchy little coconut coated fried dough snacks that are all over Guam. Everyone makes them slightly differently. Kind of like Cannoli shell! Only fitting to make a Guam honey brittle to coat these little beauties and crush them up throughout the citrusy ice cream base!
2. is a SUPER-citrus also all over Guam (and the Philippines!) that tastes like lime, lemon, and orange, and looks like an orange covered in a lime! Zest and juice in the base, everything in the rich calamansi curd swirl 🍋🥥🍊💚💛🧡 should we ship in Guyuria for a regular appearance on the lineup??THOUGHTS?
