Day 2 Beach Tournament
Last night the SIYSL honored roughly 160 graduating 8th grade soccer players at the annual Sgt Michael Ollis Senior Night. 12 Scholarship nominees were recognized by the SIYSL Board and Bob and Linda Ollis ( Michael's parents) Nominees were:
Allegra Bruno, Danielle Clement, Frank Ragucci, Grace Pinto, Jack Fruchtman, Jason Andersen, Justin Crespo,Kaliyah Rose Branam, MaryKate Russo, Sarah Caristo, Seneca Brock, Victoria Correa.

The Staten Island Youth Soccer League was incorporated in 1978 to foster and develop youth sports for the Staten Island Soccer Community. SIYSL is a non-profit 501c3 corporation under the laws of the State of New York and is dedicated to foster the physical, mental and emotional growth and development of America's youth through the sport of soccer at all levels of age and competition. The mission of the league is to:
-Educate, develop, promote and administer the game of soccer
-Encourage the development and growth of soccer clubs and teams to make soccer more available to more people in all levels of competition
-Foster and encourage sportsmanship and playing proficiency by all players and persons involved in soccer
