Behind the Scenes, one of Live Out Loud's Programs, bridges the gap between generations within the LGBTQ+ community. Live Out Loud invites middle & high school students to interact with a panel of LGBTQ+ professionals. This allows LGBTQ+ youth to envision a brighter future for themselves.

By providing educational & community events for teachers and parents as well as students, Live Out Loud's 360 Experience aims to strengthen understanding of LGBTQ+ identities, and to foster allyship in all areas of a school community.

The cost of all 360 workshops are subsidized by a grant from the Dept. of Youth & Community Development. Workshop topics can be requested from a "menu" of available programs.

Our School Program partners are spread across all five boros, and are as diverse and vibrant as the city we all live in. We cannot wait to learn and grow with the LGBTQ+ youth we will serve throughout next school year!
