Video consultations from the comfort of your home

The Department of Health is presently recommending patients conduct video consultations with physicians before going into any health care facility. This includes patients with potential COVID-19 (corona virus) symptoms, associated anxiety and insomnia as well as other medical conditions. From March 18, 2020, Dr. Ramani has initiated video chat consultations for patients nervous about leaving the comfort of their home. Consultations are done in either English or Japanese. Most Insurance plans cover the consultation presently without a co-pay. For the uninsured, Dr. Ramani charges a nominal fee. Both present and new patients may consult with Dr. Ramani. The consultation is on a privacy ensured platform where no software or app download is necessary. Patients will receive a text or email with a link that automatically opens up a video chat window on your browser. Dr. Ramani runs a private practice in Midtown Manhattan and is a top tier physician and member of the Mount Sinai Health Partners. He is a primary care physician trained in Internal Medicine.
