Jake 6 months after single stage osseointegration limb replacement and amputation. He had been suffering for 2 years after infected pilon fracture. Now he is very happy and mobile and back at work. The success we have had with had changed surgical options for patients. He did not want to do a bone transport ankle fusion which would have been the limb salvage option. Notice he takes his shoe off rather than removing the leg.
