USA Judo mourns the passing of IJF A-Level Referee Rick Celotto on June 27. Celotto was also a past board member of USA Judo, past president of Connecticut Judo Incorporated and past member of the USA Judo Referee Commission (1980-2006). Our condolences to Rick's family, friends, fellow judo referees and all who knew him.
