🎉⚽🏐🤾🏽‍♀️🤸🏾💚It was Field Day at GUG I Elementary! The WHOLE school went to Queensbridge Park for a day of games, fitness, and FUN! Shout out to Ms. Consiglio & Ms. Campoverde, the operations team, and all our teachers who made this day possible. 👏 Special thanks to the PTO volunteers for the yummy ice pops!! 🍧🌳 🚌 💚

Today was the GUG I Elementary Sustainability Fair! ♻️🌱🚿Students showcased classroom projects driven by their own interests and explorations. Visitors enjoyed interactive learning experiences, led by enthusiastic students who delved deep into their chosen topics. Our students guided guests through hands-on activities, often using repurposed materials for their creative projects. The fair featured opportunities for visitors to engage in learning center rotations, ask questions, and experience the joy of student-led education. It was a day filled with authentic student voices, choice, and above all, joy! 💚
