What a weekend I just had! 🙏 My son’s 1st Birthday 🥳 my 2nd Father’s Day👨👦and my 2nd wedding Anniversary 👨👩👦 with who I owe endless gratitude, praise and love for helping to keep this family afloat and sailing… I lost my father 3 weeks after my son was born, it was the hardest year of my life thus far, many ebbs and flows that tested me in ways I hadn’t thought were possible. Thank you to my support system, my therapy is so 🔑 Thank you to my in-laws 😘 Thank you to my colleagues and patients, you drive me to be better for you and myself. Learning to be a dad without the mentorship of yours when you would want it most has taught me to trust myself more and the greater powers of the universe. To the next chapter as I embark on the path to turning 40 with more grace and resilience. To Moving Forward with life’s plans! ✌️❤️🙏

If you asked me 20 years ago when I decided to get into Physio and Exercise Science that I would one day work with the such an amazing team, I wouldn’t have believed you. But we have officially partnered with the former Strength and Conditioning coach of the New York Mets, the legend himself Barry Heyden Rooting for my home team, the Mets, has been a journey, now to have a piece of their special sauce is a dream come true. Five years ago I expanded into my current location with no real sense of what I was doing aside from wanting to help people and change the face of health and fitness, today that dream becomes a reality! Thank you to everyone who never stopped believing!
