It’s always nice when two doggie roommates bond. Lotte and Valentina have been ever since Lotte and I adopted foster fail Valentina 7 years ago. Lotte came from ACC where she was rescued by and Valentina was rescued from a crowded shelter by . Both are Chihuahua mixes. And lovers.
