We are packing up and moving around the corner to the City Spire building. We’ve spent over a year and a half building our dream office with 17 operatories and a massive in-house Lab. Can’t wait to show everyone the new space:)

Meet my new patient who showed up in a panic on a Friday because she had a wedding over the weekend. She had an accident and broke the tooth right to the nerve. After her root canal we were able to do a single crown. Matching a single front tooth can be the most challenging thing for a dentist to do.
Our amazing Lab team custom stained the tooth so it would be a perfect match. She got a cleaning while she waited and left party ready!! No temporary, no second visit.

This patient was a perfect candidate, for no-prep veneers. This means I did not have to drill the teeth at all. This is a very conservative way to give the patient his dream smile. Made in our lab right here in our office :)

When your mom’s a dentist, getting your teeth lasered, blasted with baking soda spray sealed and scanned is all part of the routine.

Invisalign + Veneers! I love using Invisalign first to move the teeth where they belong, making the veneers as conservative as possible! All the veneers were made in our lab so my patient did not wear temporaries at any point in the process. Such an amazing before and after! .

Prophy-Jet is a system that uses air, water, and a sodium bicarbonate to clean and polish teeth.
If I have a patient that has a big event or is getting married I’ll have them come in and use it. I find that it always brightens the teeth at least a shade or two.
The machine doesn’t actually touch the tooth so it’s less invasive. It’s less noisy than certain instruments. And it’s gentle but thorough. Not to mention quick and efficient!

Only 2 two porcelain crowns. The patient came in the morning wondering if it could be done and left a few hours later with two brand new porcelain crowns. Rosie and George from our lab came chairside to help design using our digital technology and custom stained the teeth chair side with the patient.What an amazing difference in a smile!

About 9-years ago, my patient broke his 2 front teeth (picture 2) and we did bonding. This week one tooth broke (picture 3) and I decided to restore using Ceresmart (a composite hybrid) instead of porcelain. The patient will be off to college soon and this will be more stable than the bonding. We are going to push off porcelain restorations for now, since the patient is so young and still growing. The tooth was milled in our in-office lab and the patient was thrilled!

This visit was not just fun because we were listening to Justin Bieber the whole time. It was fun because we changed just two teeth in just one short visit and what a difference it made to the smile. Our in office laboratory came in to custom match the shade of her teeth on either side. She wanted to keep her front two teeth in the rest of her teeth and only make changes to her laterals- so that’s what we did :-).
