Broadway is coming to Connecticut! In its inaugural season Broadway Bound Theatre Festival is excited to announce its 2024 lineup of 7 new plays to be presented at Powerhouse Theatre in New Canaan, CT from Aug. 8 to Sept. 1.

BBTF, in partnership with the Town Players of New Canaan, will produce 29 performances over the 4 weeks at the historic 115-seat theatre in Waveny Park.

The plays range from comedy to drama to satire.

FAMILY VACATION
by Lily Ayotte
At her domineering grandmother’s funeral, a young woman faces her past mistakes and family trauma while attempting to reconcile with the other women in her dysfunctional family.

FLAGS
by Tom Mullen
During the final months of World War II, a few U.S. Marines confront the wages of war with the aid of fallen angel, while three equally disillusioned women on the homefront cope with the absence of able bodied men and the uncertain future of post-war America.

IT’S NOT YOU

After countless orchestrated breakups, a serial dater is forced to confront what he really is running from when he finally meets his match.
