Jordan is a great physical therapist who I have worked with for my shoulder and lower back issues. The best parts about working with Jordan are that he is really responsive when you reach to him, is very knowledgeable and takes the time to work with you and not just watch you do exercises, and that he provides video clips for the exercises that you should do after the session.
I would recommend him to anyone who needs a PT!
Good morning! If you are experiencing upper body, lower body or spinal tightness and pain, this along with my other two seminar slide compilations could be just for you! These come with links to over 100 exercises you can apply today to feel better!

I just finished treating a fairly difficult case regarding someone with left knee pain that didn't prevent him from doing much, but just persisted. Even more suspicious was the fact that his MRI didn't reveal much.

I’m a lucky man.
When I went to a party on April 30th, 2022, I never expected that my life would change forever. I knew immediately that Alexandra was different than the others and, 2 years later, here we are celebrating another year of our journey together!
I have many things to say about her, but I’ll keep it brief! Despite me driving you crazy with all of the events, trainings and meetings that never seem to end, you remain understanding and, many times, with hot food ready for me when I come home 😗.
I appreciate and love you on this day and the rest! It’s about time you get the plaudits that you deserve for being my ride or die 🥹👏🏼.

I DIDN’T WAIT LONG TO SET OFF SOME FIREWORKS IN 2024 🍾
Our story is one that does two things- makes me smile, but also validated that all of my time spent as a single man in the NYC dating scene and as an entrepreneur growing his business was put to good use!
I had always envisioned proposing to the woman I love and having it captured every step of the way. Doing it exactly where we met, though, came to me only a few weeks ago—IT WAS A PERFECT IDEA! I never would have imagined, one that my now FIANCÉE ( ) would be so surprised by how I carried out the proposal and, two, that the person taking my photos (and absolutely nailed them!) would be a former client and awesome person to work with 🙏🏼.
I’ll never forget the night Alexandra and I met at a mutual friends’ party. People told me it would happen when I least expected it and they were right! Kids, if you get invited to a party and aren’t sure if you want to go, GO 😉.
To make the weekend even more special, we were surrounded by friends and family who have supported our relationship from the beginning. I can’t put into words how grateful I am for their support AND for all of yours.
Idk if she has any idea what life with an overachieving, constantly exercising and working man will be! All I know is that my life is better with her in it and what I’ve learned in just this relative short period with her is that I have much to look forward to 😍.
Again, thanks to everyone for wishing us well, people for celebrating us and for all the wonderful people in our lives! I’m happy to share our journey with you (and, of course, continue sharing content that will help you lead happier, healthier lives 🙂).
I liked it so I put a ring on it 💍🤙🏼!

If I had a dollar for every time a physical therapist or trainer replied to clients with “3 sets of 10” in response to their exercise recommendation…
3 sets of 10 could be a great way to build a capacity for exercise if you’re new to a movement, looking to work at lower intensity, etc.
However, it’s likely best to perform lower reps at greater intensities if your goal is to demonstrate max strength or if an activity is highly taxing on the central nervous system and can yield increased fatigue. Also, maybe you need modify the rep scheme when you hit a plateau? 🤨
Maybe higher reps, lower weight? Sure! It’s all about your training goals and intention.
Note: you can gain strength in all rep ranges! Don’t be afraid to train heavier or lighter. It’s your experience with movement and your individual training goals!

Hey everyone! I just published this to my blog. If you practice capoeira, this is for you!

Appreciate your bodies for their movement capabilities.
2024 has been tough so far (I mean, look at my hair in this photo)…and as cold as ever! If you’re like me and haven’t trained as much as you would like, missed an attempt at a lift, failed learning a new skill, I can tell you after a recent experience that you should never forget to show gratitude to our bodies for being able to do so much!
In the past three weeks, I’ve encountered two former athletes that are scared to move due to fear of injuring themselves when, in my opinion, most movements are safe for them (and healthy) to do right now! They would kill to do what many of us can comfortably right now.
Our bodies are great. Take care of yours and be grateful 🤙🏼

Gratitude/gratitud/gratidão 🙏🏼.
I have much to be thankful for. I love Thanksgiving for reminding me of all of the people and opportunities I’ve had and will have in my life!
I appreciate you all 💪🏼.
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving! Eat up! 🦃
I couldn’t have written this better myself! I don’t treat for the reviews.
But they remind me of the impact on my clients. I can’t get enough of being a physical therapist! 💪🏼

This is EXACTLY why a coach could be a huge asset to you! I haven’t had one client say that their money wasn’t well spent.
The accountability, objective perspective and knowledge of programming is worth it; even if you’re an already organized person!

I’m tired of hearing the stories of people having negative experiences with physical therapy. There are too many solid providers out there. It’s time to work with someone who understands what is necessary to make a full recovery; someone who also trains hard and spends time on their own maintenance and rehab!
Sometimes, that includes taking a vacation like I just did in Venice 😎.
I’m here to help you. If you’re in the NY metro area and struggling with an injury, let me be your guy! DM to see if I’m the right fit for you 🫡
I went to a course in March 2018 that made me want to leave my job the next day! I learned about all of the factors (not limited to those below) that contribute to not only achieving the best short term outcomes, but to keep people healthy for years to come:
-Fatigue
-Stress
-Nutrition
-Persistent negative thoughts
I couldn’t address those in 30 minute sessions.
Shortly after, I began to create this: an environment where the focus is on healing; not what health insurance will cover.

💁🏻♂️Not for you? Share this with a friend!
I don’t usually do this, but I wanted to share two conversations that I had with my clients this past week. It’s always great to help people get fast results and, admittedly, it has been happening more consistently now than ever!
Nonetheless, it always comes down to my clients showing up for themselves, even on days when they would rather not because they’re tired, busy or just not in the mood!
Anyway, I wanted to share these victories as these two clients deserve their results 💪🏼.
If you want results as well, perhaps we should talk! COMMENT below or DM ME if you’re tired of being limited by pain 👨🏻⚕️.
Strengthening scapular retractors is a must! If your shoulder is bothering you or you feel weak with shoulder exercises, this is one example of something that might help 🤙🏼.
