We want to give a big thank you to everyone who came to the USG puppy party!! 300 of you took part in what may be our cutest tradition 🐾 It’s always hard to pick a favorite event, but it’s hard to compete with these guys (: 🐶
Finals season is stressful, Bulldog Breakfast isn’t! ☀️Come to the Boylan cafeteria starting at 10am to pick up free coffee, pancakes, eggs, bagels, croissants muffins and more! All food will be served by your Brooklyn College faculty, staff and administrators while supplies last!
PUPPY PARTY THIS THURSDAY! Join USG and AEPI at 12:30pm in the Student Center Penthouse Suite (top floor) to pet adorable puppies, eat pizza and meet the personal counseling team at BC!
The event ends at 2:30pm, but you have every minute before that to meet over TWENTY puppies all cared for by the loving team at Puppy Party. Don’t forget to chat with our campus personal counselors about how excited you are about finals season (;

The declaration period for this year’s Undergraduate Student Government (USG) elections kicks off today, 2/26! This season, you can run for President & Vice President, Senate, USS delegates and alternate delegates, and student disciplinarian.
To throw your hat in the ring, you must be a full-time undergraduate student at Brooklyn College with a GPA of at least 2.0. You can declare by filling out the form here: https://go.bcstudentgov.org/Declaration
If you’d like to know more about USG and how to run, you can join us for our “How to Run” workshop happening this Tuesday, 2/27, at 12:30 in the Bedford Room (2nd floor of the Student Center).

After multiple years of advocacy from Brooklyn College USG, USS, and the broader community, we are honored to announce that CUNY Students will no longer have class on Eid al-Adha, Eid al-Fitr, Diwali and Lunar New Year starting in the 2025-2026 academic year! This is a major step in embracing the rich diversity of our campus and CUNY as a whole.
Here’s to the incredible work of our USG representatives, USS delegates, and student leaders throughout the CUNY system. We would like to acknowledge the remarkable work accomplished by the BC Policy Council and the two preceding BC USG administrations as well for recognizing this as a priority. 🤩👏
