This week is the big catch-up! In NJ, you can use the Docket app to view your children's vaccines and see if they are up to date. If they are due for catch-up doses, call your child's health provider, local health department, or federally qualified health center to schedule an appointment for vaccines today!
This week is National Infant Immunization Week! Vaccinating on time is the best way to help protect children, especially infants, from serious diseases. Babies receive vaccines beginning at birth and throughout their first year to protect them from hepatitis, polio, rotavirus, whooping cough, and many others.

WHO WE ARE
EMIC is a program of the Partnership for Maternal and Child Health of Northern NJ. The coalition is comprised of 75+ active members who meet quarterly to discuss immunization initiatives happening in Orange, East Orange, Irvington, Newark, and the immediately surrounding communities in New Jersey and to share educational opportunities and resources.
