Live the life you want

Our therapists help people who struggle with anxiety get the tools they need to live the life they want. We can’t always control what happens to us, but we have the power to control how we respond. We also know that the three largest predictors of a person’s health are what they eat, how often they move/exercise, and how they think.

Bucks County Anxiety Center was founded with these principles in mind. We work with highly motivated teens and adults struggling with anxiety due to Anxiety Disorders (e.g., health anxiety, panic), chronic stress and overwhelm, OCD, ADHD, chronic illness, caregiver stress, and live events (e.g., births, deaths, jobs, relationships). We combine care and support with structure, accountability, and science-backed strategies to get our patients the results they want.
