Parents - Did you know that we have classes for you while your kids are at VBS? Bring your children to Vacation Bible School every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and while they're playing with other kids, you can participate in one of several classes available for adults. We offer money management training, health-related topics, and much more. We look forward to seeing you. Two more Wednesdays in July!

Look at ALL this brain power! Last week, volunteers that work directly with our clients along with staff sat together to discuss the various resources available in the to our families in the county...Topics like housing options, medical resources, employment and much more were all discussed.

If you missed it, don't worry. We decided to do this every quarter. Our goal is to provide as many resources to our clients as possible. ❤️❤️

This will be great service for the families we serve. Some of our families are challenged with transportation issues. Gwinnett County Government microtransit service can help.

Ride Gwinnett microtransit is an on-demand shared-ride service that you can order from your phone. All microtransit trips cost $3 per trip and must begin and end within the microtransit zone. It’s a convenient, flexible, and affordable way to get around your neighborhood. See more details bit.ly/3WboRTB

Rush Conference is a group of student leaders from 6th to 12th grade. They speak, lead, worship and go out in the community to serve. We had 3 days of “AWESOME” RUSH students helping us with various projects while having fun at the same time. The helped file, purge old technology, sort food in the freezers and much more.

It was beautiful to see youth serve the community Thanks for your service.

Did you hear? Women’s shelter in Gwinnett County could soon receive more resources to assist homeless. More resources are coming to Gwinnett County to address what organizers say is a growing number of homeless families.

Just this week the Latin American Association took over the Norcross Assessment Center to add even more resources for Gwinnett’s growing homeless population. as they add more resources to the offices, more staff to the facility, the hope is to even re-open a shelter that’s been closed for months.

Neighborhood Cooperative Ministries is thrilled to partner with the Southwest Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce to provide shoes at the Norcross Cluster Resource Fair on August 3rd!

Our goal?
To collect 200 pairs of shoes (sizes 12 kids to 4 youth) for local children in need.
The Norcross cluster is home to areas where children often worry about their next meal or clothes instead of focusing on learning. This initiative is a simple yet impactful way for us to unite and support these kids.

👟 How You Can Help:
Drop off your new shoe donations at our facility:
500 Pinnacle Court, Suite 510, Norcross, GA, 30071
📅 From now until August 3rd

Let’s make a difference together and ensure these children have one less thing to worry about.

Thank you for your support! ❤️👞👟🥾
