The FHA has announced that it will increase its floor and ceiling loan limits by 5.56% in 2024, giving home shoppers more buying power and flexibility in their home search. The low-cost area loan limit will increase to $498,257 up from $472,030. The high-cost area loan limit will increase to $1,149,825 up from $1,089,300. This loan limit increase helps open the door to homeownership as home values continue to rise across the country. 🏡

GREAT NEWS! 🎉 Qualified homebuyers will be able to borrow more money without applying for a Jumbo Loan! The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) just announced that the maximum conforming loan limits for single-property houses will increase to $766,550 in 2024. That’s a 5.56% increase from the current (FHFA) limit of $726,200. This amount will be higher in certain high-cost areas.
