🌟 Meet Dexter 🌟

Did you know that we have our very own studio mascot at Dynamic Fusion Dance Center?? After a studio wide vote to choose his name, Dexter the DFDC Dino was introduced in the Spring of 2020!

Since then you may have seen him dancing in the streets during our annual participation in the Belleville Santa Clause parade or at our most recent nationals competition with in Orlando, FL in 2023! You can pretty much always find our miniature version of this loveable Dino though sitting on the front desk by Ms. Lisa! 🩵

•We are so excited to kick off festivities for our upcoming session on this coming Monday!

•Studio Open House will be held Monday, August 5th from 5:00-7:00pm! Come by and say hello and take a look around the studio!

Don’t forget to sign up for our new Stretch & Strength Yoga class with Ms. Josie held on Fridays in June and July (except July 5) from 2:00-2:55pm! In order to guarantee your spot in each class, please use the following link to add your dancer (or yourself) to the class on each day that you are available! Classes are $15/class and can be paid by cash, check, or Venmo when arriving to the studio on the day!

Class sizes are limited so please be sure to secure your spot as soon as you can! We do ask that your dancer be in at least 5th grade in order to take the class, and please note that adults are encouraged to take the class as well as it is beneficial for all! We can’t wait to see you in the studio 🩵💜

What is dance without the dance moms?? From the rhinestoning, to the hairstyling, to the chauffeuring to and from the studio, to the proud smiles when they see their dancer doing what they love, we couldn’t do it without them! Happy Mother’s Day to all of our wonderful dance moms 🩵💜

Long post alert, but we just need a quick moment to brag about these amazing kids 🩵 This past weekend we attended (video recap coming soon 😁) and every one of us was so surprised to receive the competitions biggest studio honor, the Groove Award! This award adds together each studios top five scoring group routines and is given to the studio with the highest total. Now, we always tell our students that we compete for the joy of dance and the opportunity to grow in this art form we are so passionate about, and that the awards are not comparable to that feeling. And while that holds very true, it does not take away from the excitement and pride we feel when we see these kids be recognized for their dedication and hours of work they put in year round. We also can’t forget to recognize our incredible staff who truly pour their hearts and souls into these dancers. The love we feel for this dance family we created is so strong, and it is the best feeling when we get to come together and celebrate our family with such an exciting honor that truly recognizes how special and wonderful they all are. Forever proud to be DFDC 💜

A look back at our amazing weekend with last weekend 🩵 All of our dancers were absolutely killing it with their competition performances and convention classes and we are so proud of them for putting it all out there to LEARN and GROW last weekend! And we want to give a shoutout to our dancers who earned some amazing scholarship opportunities as well 💜
