Meet Dr Ramavtar Singh, an emergency room physician and a local Fremont grower of some beautiful hearty organic lamb haas avocados. He has a small 4-acre farm near Mission San Jose in Fremont.

Lamb Haas has much better yield, larger in size, black when ripe and only grown in CA vs normal haas. The taste is exceptional - creamy nutty texture!
