We are one of the largest women-led schools on the West Coast, with Professor Sonya Richardson serving as Head Instructor. Founded in 1980 by the late Professor Coleen Gragen, Hand to Hand continues as an important and lasting mainstay in the Bay Area. Our classes are for persons ages 16 and up of any gender.

Congratulations to Khemnes, Katherine and Marianne, our newest blue belts! Their test on Saturday was focused, full and transformative.
