Welcome to the practice Dr. Abbott! We're so happy to have you. Here's a little bit about her:
Dr. Meghan Abbott obtained her Bachelors Degree in Business from Florida Atlantic University. She found her passion for veterinary medicine while working as a veterinary technician. Dr. Abbott graduated from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 2018 and went on to further her education at an internship in South Carolina. She has a passion for ophthalmology as well as general wellness and preventative care. Dr. Abbott and her husband enjoy life on their farm with 7 horses, a miniature horse, a miniature donkey, 4 dogs, 8 cats, 8 chickens, and a turtle. In her free time she enjoys stand up paddle boarding with her husband and competing in jumper events with her off the track thoroughbred. Dr. Abbott is very excited to get to meet all of you and your pets. Until then!
